Seaside Atelier concluded with great turnout, the series of art workshops promoted and supported by Bisceglie Approdi and led by artist Federica Soldani, in collaboration with Vineria Vinamé and Bar Rosuan.
Four sessions, four different artistic experiences that brought the marina’s spaces to life throughout August, turning summer evenings into moments of encounter, creativity, and sharing. Conceived and led by artist Federica Soldani, the workshops sold out at all four sessions, engaging children and adults alike in an experience marked by curiosity, experimentation, and lightheartedness.
“Seaside Atelier was much more than a series of workshops: it was a meeting point between people, art, and place,” says Federica Soldani. “That’s exactly what I wanted when I first imagined the project: to bring art outside its usual spaces and turn it into a living, accessible experience capable of building relationships. Seeing people of different ages come together around the same table, curious to try new techniques and materials, was moving. Four sessions that reminded me, once again, how powerfully art can become a meeting place — between generations, people, communities, and new forms of expression.”
“We’re especially pleased with the result we achieved,” notes Emanuela Pedone on behalf of Bisceglie Approdi’s board of directors. “These four evenings showed us how wonderful it is to create opportunities for connection, and how bringing different worlds together can turn into something special. The marina reminds us every day that it isn’t just a physical landing place and a symbol of the city of Bisceglie, but also a place of encounter and community. This initiative gave us a great deal to reflect on, and it will serve as a starting point for future activities.”
Bisceglie Approdi extends heartfelt thanks to all the participants, whose enthusiasm and curiosity contributed to the success of the sessions, and a special thank-you to partners Vinamé and Rosuan, as well as to Federica Soldani, for their professionalism, availability, and valuable collaboration.
Four evenings that leave behind colors, smiles, new experiences, and many fond memories.
A small but meaningful journey into art, shared together, in the heart of the marina.
