Art meets the sea, wine and creativity.
BISCEGLIE APPRODI launches “A Sea of Art”, a series of artistic experiences conceived and led by artist Federica Claudia Soldani, with the aim of transforming the harbour into an increasingly vibrant, welcoming place filled with opportunities to meet and connect.
The idea of offering our boaters and valued guests an art workshop stems from the belief that our harbour should also be a place for gathering, culture and social interaction, through high-quality initiatives capable of creating relationships, emotions and shared experiences.
Federica Soldani, who is staying with us aboard her houseboat and is an artist of great sensitivity and talent, will guide participants through an original creative journey, where each workshop will become an immersive experience combining art, the sea and conviviality.
The workshops will take place at Vinamè Wine Bar and will be accompanied by an enjoyable wine tasting, thanks to the collaboration of Vinamè and Bar Rosuan, partners of the initiative.
Four events, four creative experiences:
Suminagashi
The ancient Japanese art of painting on water, capable of creating striking, unique and unrepeatable patterns.
Painting with Wine
A workshop that transforms wine into colour, bringing original works of art to life through a fascinating painting technique rich in shades and nuances.
Coffee Memories
A sustainable sculpture workshop that transforms used coffee grounds into a natural modelling paste, giving new life to a recycled material.
Paper Ceramics
An introduction to sculpture using a special paper paste that makes it possible to create ceramic-inspired objects without the need for firing.
Each event will be an opportunity to slow down, experiment with unusual materials, learn original artistic techniques and share a special moment by the sea, accompanied by a glass of wine and plenty of creativity.
Participation is completely free of charge.
The workshops are entirely offered by BISCEGLIE APPRODI as a gift to its boaters and harbour guests.
