A man of science said Piero fu Bisceglie was like a ring with a jewel: the ring is represented by the port, while the jewel is represented by the old city of Bisceglie through its walls and its historic center dominated by the medieval cathedral and from its bell tower.

Un uomo di scienze ebbe a dire del Piero fu Bisceglie essere come un anello con gioiello: l’anello è rappresentato dal porto, mentre il gioiello è rappresentato dalla città vecchia di bisceglie attraverso le sue mura e il suo centro storico sovrastati dalla medioevale cattedrale e dal suo campanile.
